TM can already rgn Nrg through reroute. How about switch the effects of static and assimilation? However static does not drain energy, just gives some to you. Assimilation DOES drain energy while keeping 100% of what was drained.

if you ask me, static charge needs a complete overhual.

I dont even bother playing on my CH anymore.

static charge needs a overhual agreed, assimilation was given a a major buff, there are so many mages stealing free mana every where

i get it that it was kinda OP but eaven with the 85 % i cant even land a blow with that.
it has like a 60 % chance to block :/ i kno but i gave uon it even with high strength its bad.
i had 97 str on my build and its max steal and take was 23 :/
the skill really aint bad.
if it had no steal it would be kinda stupid.
it would be the worst steal cuz even with high strength it takes and steals low.
i mean bounty only takes mana down but that can be 50 plus with high str and if assimlilate would hav no steal it would take about 27 with high str lol .
i kno im whining but even i dont use it lol.
