In 2v2 if the player at the top on the left side starts who on the right side goes 2nd or is it random?

But thats just random, it does gets effected by support ofcourse. But no certain place makes ya go first.

IF the person on the top left goes first, then the person directly from the right of the person goes after him. While who goes first is based of the support forumla who goes 2nd 3nd and 4th isn't random since it is a fixed format to that.

Support Only affects First strike, So if the player at the top of the left side goes first, then the player on the top of the right side goes second.

Support will Only affect first strike, not second strike.
Theres an order.
