Well, the concept of punishing the opponent for striking is interesting, but these are really the only benefits you get out of it:
-If the opponent doesn't know or forgets, they get punished
-Does weak unblockable damage when used by the bot
See the problem? The benefits are near none. Here are also some reasons why the special ability itself is near useless:
-Active cores give numerous options
-The effect itself lasts for a very short amount of time
-If the opponent does end up striking, they don't get punished by that much
-Initial damage of applying the effect is quite weak
Overall, the concept is quite interesting, but the bot special itself is detrimental because players rarely use strike in a fight, let alone choose to when they have numerous other options such as active cores, skills, ranged weapons, robots, etc...
