Tushar -> Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 0:40:33)

I know after a big massive nerf of infernal android made some people mad but still I think it's overpowered.
It's damage is touching skies... having 36-45+2 resistance, the opponent did 54 on rage to me. And the main thing is that any other bot's special are not powerful then infernal android i guess... What you guys think?

redclaw -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 0:45:58)

yeah i have the same problem but i usually prepare myself for this and heal right after or just before,depending on the situation and since they can only use it once it wont be a problem later on.....

Tushar -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 0:47:41)

But still people use it more then other costly bots... My yeti can't do such damage...

toannghe1997 -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 0:52:51)

those people need 9 rounds for the IA special to be at max, and with all the nerf going on these days, become a tank focus is our only choice :(
I used to be a str merc

Dual Thrusters -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 0:57:38)

OBVIOUSLY your yeti will not do as much damage, and it is not supposed to! Infernal Android was designed to be a death machine, unleashing massive damage. It is an attack bot that needs to live up to it's effect: Raw damage. Yeti is just something to annoy your opponent, while its high base damage is just a little treat for you.

Tushar -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 1:00:49)

People use it most and it's not even that costly where my Omega yeti Cost 45,000 credits and lots of work... I didn't bought yeti to see this...

Dual Thrusters -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 1:04:09)

Like I said, you bought the yeti for its effect and rarity. Just because it cost more doesn't mean it has to be stronger.

Tushar -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 1:11:12)

Dude we'r talking here about balance... I get it you don't like it maybe You already have one of those OP IA...

Dual Thrusters -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 1:31:23)

Fine then, on topic.

Infernal Android 130% damage

Yeti 100% with special effect and higher base damge

Infernal Effect usable once then turns into junk

Yeti Effect usable once, but then ends with high base damage

I think i see some balance here.

-- but i do wonder why IA still does high damage even you someone has explosive resistance

Tushar -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 1:34:53)

I understand you here but maybe you got my point now... How he did that much damage on this high resistance how?

Blitzex/Sr. Zeph -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 1:38:00)

^ His avatar pic says enough tushar.

But the 130% is a bit to high, make it 120%

Blaze The Aion Ender -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 1:47:00)

You could nerf it to 125% at max, see if it helps anything
I mean, yes it is OP, but all it is doing is living up to it's effect
Aside from removing it, what fair thing do you suggest happen to it
Maybe make it increase by 10% per turn, start at 30% and go up until it hits 170%
Something radical

Tushar -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 1:57:04)

No offense but it gets high damage so soon like on 6 or 7 round... maybe by decreasing each round increasing damage could help like 3%?

EpicIsEpic -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 3:45:30)

5 foucus is everywhere. I can't take this anymore. I can't win with good builds but when i make 5 foucus i just insta win. It is wierd and i am waiting for a fix.

kittycat -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 3:58:50)

It is widespread. It is now the current trend for all classes. The only way to make 5 focus not so annoying is to increase variety of robots. bots should start relying on a combination of 2-3 stats instead of focus to make things interesting.

King FrostLich -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 4:37:00)

Its special attack is only usable once now and can be deflectable. Not sure why another nerf is needed.

kaiseryeux21 -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 5:26:58)

IA is still powerful, we can't deny that. Due to fact that almost all players are now 5 focus, the dominance of IA is very visible especially on Tactical Merc because they have the ability to prolong the battle due to their high defenses. that is why IA becomes very powerful. Very seldom we see now a build than can kill you in 3 or 4 rounds due to massive nerfs. I will say this once and for all, "When all players are 5 focus, even the Level 31s, this is something to be concerned of".

Guest0000 -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 6:04:48)

IA can be deflected and be blocked so it just a matter of luck. The thing we point here is that it is stronger than the other robots that cause more coins or varium. So I suggest IA should be nerf a little more by making its max damage lower maybe 120% then it add 5% per turn and starts at 80% damages maybe.

Necromantres -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 6:09:43)

Just STOP.
Are we really gonna nerf anything these days that seems OP?
The special that can be used 1 TIME PER BATTLE (and it's deflectable) and you guys still want to nerf it.
The IA it actualy supposed to be that
quote:

"Can I afford to wait for its full damage?"
.
I just got blocked 3 times in a row by a BH (1 of the blocks was the robot atack) why don't we ballance classes yet? why don't we try to ballance cores like azael?
Are we such in a hurry to destroy a robot usefull (one that can actualy make merc have a higher win rate) just because some people are mad that they losed to it?

RageSoul -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 6:10:26)

Hmmm , i wonder how price has anything to do with power , since in comparison , the pricier bots have stronger damage , just different specials that can turn any game to one's favor .

So does it need a nerf ? Probably not .

Ranloth -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 6:35:38)

Heal before they use it, simple as. Or do Malf+Heal combo if you can to weaken the Bot, or Shield since it will still cover you from some of the damage (after Rage ignores the defence). If you deflect it, it's already 65% damage.

Guest0000 -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 6:53:03)

@Necro- I'm still a Merc and planning to buy IA after getting enough credits, but I recommend that they nerf it. Yes it can be blocked and deflected, but the thing is that if it didn't block and it is a rage I think there is a slight chance that it can 1 hit KO. Just a little nert would do it hasn't supposed to be that powerful.

@Rage- Price has to do to power! I'm level one oh hey I found a very powerful weapon with just a little amount of credits oh wow I just became a god-like and can deal to people higher than me because they don't have my weapon. You see why do we have game credits if just could just buy anything as easy as a cake. This bot special is way to powerful and even stronger than any other bot.Other bots have stronger primary damage,but how can one or two difference in damage defeat a very powerful special?.So does it need to be nerf? Probably yes...obviously.

@Trans- Heal,how if we don't have energy?Not every class have malf you see. Deflect so solve the problem with the use of luck then may I say how many IA should a player fought just to say Oh I'm so lucky I deflected it? And you ask us to get some shields when I hope ED have shields to all class cause mercs like me don't have them you see.

Just a little nerfting would do. I don't say I'm totally right just saying how I see things. So you can correct me if I'm wrong or change your mind on thinking wrong. This is just a way to balance things up.

Ranloth -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 6:57:26)

I'm a BM, I have Shield but what if I don't have Energy? I heal as soon as possible, before they take it all away and save it (not waste) since it rarely will take ~60 EP at once. I have Generator, yes, and it gives 11 EP back but it's not always enough for Heal. Shields? I use them when Malfed or have spare Energy so not always a must. I stated deflections can help but nowhere it says that they are reliable, but you can get lucky or invest in the Deflection Core. They are available for a reason. Your choice whether to get them or not.

Mercs and no Shields, huh? Good Tech + Assault Bot can do (if Malfed) and just tank it.

BTW , the pricier ones , most of the time , have tags like "Rare" or "Seasonal Rare" , so in your definition , Rare bots should be > non-Rares , right? Hmmm , 'kay , sure .

Tushar -> RE: Infernal Android Still OP (3/31/2013 7:46:45)

Rarity is nothing.... We buy bot for our profit... 12+ of infernal bot is fine. nobody is talking about credits or rarity or blocks... As i said it did massive dmg on 35-45+2 resistance... Many people supporting it because they don't have any good choice. If they ll nerf the bot again, they ll have to buy costly bots.... That's all.
