Dual Thrusters -> The Ultimate Skills (3/31/2013 0:52:35)
Ever since Massacre was nerfed, the other super attacks have risen from the dirt. I also haven't seen anymore good Massacre builds. The players who are using this skill are only doing, like 25-ish damage? Sure Bounty Hunters have bloodlust, but come on! That damage is really pathetic! Infernal Android at 100% does more damage than that. To make matters worse, Cyber Hunters are officially the worst class to use an Ultimate Skill with! It is better to use a Plasma Grenade build than massacre! Mercenary is the original class with Surgical Strike, but Tactical Mercenaries have the better build to use it with far more capabilities. Bloodmage is also Pathetic with this skill, using it least often than a Mercenary with Surgical Strike. ---- Now so that every class can have a decent build around these Ultimates, should they be tweaked a bit? Or maybe also give the evolved classes new ones?

I hope you're joking..my CH massacre build hit an average of 59 damage. My malf did -36. Not too shabby, eh?

Massacre is overpowered, and when combined with BL, it is just outrageous. Also, repetition isn't very recommended.

Still Overpowered? Those Massacre builds aren't even putting a scratch on anyone! Why don't you check the percentage again. You need to get it at max to do good damage.

Massacre is in no way weak. Unlike massacre, surgical strike isn't depended on by mercs and TLMs in particular, and massacre can easily be dealt with by any energy removal method.

Firstly, a long time ago we were told to expect new ultimate and multi skills for the evolved classes. Secondly, I'm a Cyber Hunter, I use an Massacre build, it is on level 1, my highest hit with is 3-3-5-5-4-4-23 which is 47. It wasn't a critical. Also, Plasma grenade, you are trippin', its more useless then a Defense Matrix againts Heartbreaker claws. Thirdly, Mercenary with Surgical Strike? 95 HP, 125 EP Bunker-SS build is more then a good enough argument.

@Noobernaut Fashion: The scaling should be further reduced beginning at Level 5 or 6, so it can be 110% at Level 10.

LOLOLOLOL Massacre is balanced. I've used it. It's fine as long you use it at a mid range. Lvl 4 or 3 preferably...
