this game is all about luck. i suggest lowering the block percentages and replace shadow arts with a different skill. lower crit rate and deflects and i think this game might be balanced

I doubt that highly especially since even if you slash the rates of these things happening, there are cores made to increase or in the stun core's case add the chance of these effects happening. Especially with Bounty hunters and blocks.

Mind you, block was already made to scale slower and max was lowered IIRC. >.> When? In Delta.

The easiest way to do something similar to this would be to make block only reduce the amount of damage by 50-80%.
Also another thing they could implement would be making blocks treat each hit as a separate like in multi-hit moves so they can get partly blocked but might not block all of the strikes.
Then they could make massacre block-able so that it is possible to block one or two of the hits, making it less of an annoying move.

@Frost the Phoenix Dont see any problem change block to reduce damage like deflection, but at the same time change Shadow Arts from CH and BH because keep a extremely luck useless passive skill, and massacre cant be blocked because it is an ultimate skill, and the special of this skill is do pure damage.

Thats a fair point for massacre to tell the truth it being a "ultimate" skipped my mind for a sec sorry.

massacre also has a base dmg of 27. I agree that the luck factor has to be changed. I have countless battles where I have won because of a block, deflect or crit or my opponent winning because of the same reason.

remember that time when I posted that I couldn't lay any melee attacks on my opponent for 54 times? The curse is coming back!

blocks should be high, but not this high where you almost never use melee attacks!

Totally support the block should reduce 50-80% instead of 100%
and the separate hit block potential,but mind you double strike should
be buffed then cuz it's horrid atm and that would make it worst xD.

I don't approve of winning or losing by blocks or deflects -____-
