tech mage,merc,tatical merc all 3 have blockable energy reducers. So it would make since that emp got turned into energy slash
Tlm frenzy should be sword/club the reason is cyber hunters static charge is for claws and swords. or make static charge require claws

Not all classes must share similar skills and the way they work in. Remember that one is HP and other is EP, as well as Frenzy having higher % (and low EP cost). Also it'd require animation change on top of it and would make Swords pretty much superior for TLMs becuase they'd only miss out on.. Atom Smasher?

Dont forget that maul got replaced with stun nade those being stun nade is a useless still for tlm.

That's relevant because? Proves even further why this shouldn't be done. Swords would have too big advantage for TLMs. Waaaay too big.
