Sir Caden -> The Cores (4/5/2013 5:25:01)

What happened to all of these cores Cores
There is only 1core in game now from these lot of cores

Where are the what are the Devs doing cant they just released them all at once so we can have a better variety Hurry Up!

This game starts to get boring easily and now we classes going for 1 type of special builds E.g.Cyber Max Mass and SA they can sometimes be impossible to beat but with these cores maybe not!!!

We need cores and more stuff or this game will DIE!

I really want to have a view at the awesome cores but if they are not in game how will we do that????

Ranloth -> RE: The Cores (4/5/2013 5:28:53)

Design is easier to do than coding. Example can be Dead Battery which was unable to make it due to difficulties in coding it. And telling then to hurry up won't speed the process. If the game gets boring, have a break from it and come back at a later time (days, weeks, or even months). People feel refreshed after the break and there's usually more content to play through thus more fun.

TRizZzCENTRINO -> RE: The Cores (4/5/2013 5:29:54)

those are only the artwork of cores, a core isn't that easy to make, unless you are a part of the ED team as a coder like titan or a professional coder/programmer you wouldn't understand.

kosmo -> RE: The Cores (4/5/2013 8:57:50)

Aside from the technical factors the game needs more cores to bring more viable options at builds.

ansh0 -> RE: The Cores (4/5/2013 9:29:51)

True, coding takes time.

However, Omega is centered around cores and devs MUST focus on them.

At this rate of 1-3 cores a month, it's boring too easily.

I don't want them to rush, but focus on cores.

Mother1 -> RE: The Cores (4/5/2013 11:08:21)

@ ansh0

Sorry but Balance is more important then cores. What point is there to having so many cores if the game isn't balanced?

ansh0 -> RE: The Cores (4/5/2013 13:43:57)

Why not make cores to help balance?

ND Mallet -> RE: The Cores (4/5/2013 14:04:08)

Because that's just a band-aid to the actual issue and not a good one at that. It's like saying Support Mercs aren't OPd if you're a BH with a high EMP. That only works for the players with that high EMP and nothing else. That isn't balance. If a build is OPd to even one type of class then it's OPd regardless.

Stabilis -> RE: The Cores (4/6/2013 11:09:24)

I disagree, with more options in battle from cores the "most overpowered/overused" options are challenged.

Demon Emperor -> RE: The Cores (4/6/2013 11:59:39)

I think the game right now is balanced, except for luck cores and shadow arts. Releasing a few of those cores every week wouldn't be a bad idea if it was possible.

Raiii -> RE: The Cores (4/6/2013 12:54:25)

Thank you, ND Mallet. Why can't people figure that out. :|

For as long as the big issue isn't fixed, cores aren't really a big thing

Leprechaun -> RE: The Cores (4/6/2013 13:34:49)

The zombie one could raise you from the dead with 10hp or so? Would be fun :D
Or OP'ed, can't tell, not a pro :P

Mother1 -> RE: The Cores (4/6/2013 14:42:17)

@ Raiii

like the nanosteel core for example. That once was made because people were abusing support which awarded a lot of crits. and it is used a band aid to help deal with support abuse when it is still an issue.

Ranloth -> RE: The Cores (4/6/2013 14:49:09)

Although, Mother1, whilst it can be seen as a band-aid, Support has had changes to the scaling - mainly diminishing returns - which has fixed the issue sufficiently, by far. Reducing % ignore on Crits has also aided it a little; whilst it may not be big, it still helps. Coupled with Nanosteel, it can be quite good since you don't have to invest as much in HP instead.
