This can easily make 5 focus builds less OP since they are only OP now because they do not need to invest a lot of stat points in health and energy for their kind of build. Builds like strength bounties for example, are dying because it takes too many stat points for their HP to be high. And strength bounties cannot function with 95 health. So i think we should change the HP/energy you can get with each stat point :)

Doesnt this also make 5 focus builds more stronger? Because they can invest more stats into tech and other stats?

This would make all builds more powerful since you wouldn't need to invest so many stat points into health and energy and more of them into the other stats.

focus builds are strong because as most of u can see
most people dont go 10 hp above base HP (which is around 72)

back in delta was 5 focus the only good build?
not entirely, you had str BMs, str BHs, caster tech mages.
str CH, support CH.

out of all of those builds i just named, only one of them remains good. caster tech mages.

and thats only because of the base HP and base EP change. (because back in delta they had to invest into HP. casters had 140 hp, and 120 energy back in delta)

Actually this buffs everyone because health is applied to all classes, not like we still live without health.

focus is limited in HP though because they require more stats placed into dex/tech/str/support

Survival is more vital than power unless you're a tank. If this kind of update happens, the 5 focus users who have invested on health are more likely to live than those who placed it on other stats.

Ansh0, Please keep your focus vendetta in only focus threads. Its annoying.

While this will definitely help balance, battles will become extremely long and boring.

I've actually always wanted people to be walking around with 150-300hp

So luck would play a lot less of a vital roll.(Since one lucky turn can mess you up atm)
Building for blocks or deflects would also yield more results, since in your longer fights
you would be sure to see a decent amount of said blocks or deflects if the match's lasted
longer then 2-7 turns

Naturally they would have to update the credit/xp/tokens of each match
by like x2 since match's would take twice as long if not longer.
Better suited to consider these fights "epic"

One down side at all would be for people with extremely crappy internet
that d/cs every few minutes. That is more of a personal problem tho not
a problem of a game's balance.

The nerf to hp is much better than what agility was, since it did not prevent hp abuse, it s much more fair to have higher defences that to cover them with cheap high hp making passives like blood lust and reruote even more effective.Maybe they culd add an extra point evry 4 points you invest on hp to make them be worth just a bit more.
