I have played EpicDuel for about 3 years now, and since the most recent update i've been getting blocked atleast 3 times per battle. Which is unusual.. I've also been experiencing more deflections.. I'm sure im not the only one whose noticed this. [:@]

Cores increase base chance for blocks and deflections.

It wouldn't do it EVERY battle.. atleast 3 times

Why so? Base chance being increased means they will appear more often if the difference is big enough. Otherwise it's your bad luck.

ALL im saying is that they should reduce the blocking rate.. and get rid of the new cores.. it makes the game unfair

People paid for the cores so that'd mean refunds (against ToS) and blocking rate was already reduced before (% and how fast is scales) and blocks have received a nerf in the latest update as well. They are fine as they are.

its a core. nothing special like an inventory full of hundreds of items.

They need to nerf blocks again. Because the rates are still way too High.

I do not mean to self-advertise but I have this recommendation that keeps luck but prevents improperly statted players from achieving certain luck while benefitting the players that deserve it.

EDIT: So imagine you have have more Support than an enemy. You can critically strike but the enemy cannot (but at the same time they may have more Technology so you cannot Deflect). An equilibrium exists with an equal opportunity to get stat points.
