Rabble is trying to do something about luck. Oh and by the way, Focus is going to get nerfed (maybe as per goony). Thought I'd tell you since you've been screaming about focus bout the entire month.

Luck is also a huge problem in balance, 1 block and your chances of losing or winning the battle go up to 99%.

If not deflected, it kills everyone in only 3 turns
And due to Azreals will, you only got 1 move to survive 2 rounds.

I would have to agree with Zeph.

Strength support builds have started rising and now I see them in 1 vs 1 then even focus builds. I have even seen them cut throught those said focus builds like they are nothing and they don't rely on luck either.

I can see these builds being the next big thing if the things that stop them are less likely to happen Especially with the azreal's promo for that breaks shields and forces you to strike.

I'd bet good money that very little will change with the botanical hazard. The bot most likely to be hit hard is IA.

How about strength determining block %?

If you have high str, you have low chances of blocking or your opponent has a higher chance of blocking you.

This way prevents str abusers from getting too powerful.

Most likely, you're looking at up to 2 DpT loss on Poison? Robot's damage on blockable attack will remain on par with other Bots so wouldn't be a waste. Meanwhile, IA won't be as dangerous nor any other bot on Rage which can dish out high damage. Poison will remain useful. Since the fights will be longer - or so it seems - you will have more time for the Poison to kick in, especially after their Heal is gone or it's in cooldown.

As Xendran has said, the Bot which will be most affected is IA. This solves the problem of SS + IA abuse for TLMs, don't you think? This would also stop people from saying Botanical Hazard is OP due to loopable Poison - since it'll get weaker (like other Bots), it will be less effective than it is now thus not as OP as people say. I'm worried how much I'll lose on the Poison since I went for Focus 4 & a bit higher defence + HP. So I've already lost +6 damage (1 DpT on Poison). .-.

Cutting luck in half does nothing. Luck factors are there to prevent stat abuse on a single stat. Blocks stop strength abuse, deflects stop support abuse and partially with strength, crits stop tanks and give defensive builds an extra damage boost against strength abuse. It's been said before, the only way to deal with luck is to spread it out with a long battle. Luck in 2vs2 is nowhere near as bad as in 1vs1 because the battles last longer. When you hear a luck complaint, 90% of the time it's in a 1vs1 situation.

Hulk yes there certainly is. I know people like to think logic and such but it is luck. When something of a percentage that helps the battle by decreasing energy damage or increasing your own damage (such as a crit) with a small chance of occurring is referred to as luck.

the thing with the bot guys: it is 60% now, they can decrease your damage but increase the percent, thus, not a waste of a bot.
