How about when you install a core for your weapon, you will only pay 1,000 credits if you choose to install it again?

Ex. I install meteors on Celtic Cleaver for 7,000 credits. I replace it later with frost shards. Now I feel like I want to switch back to using meteors, and I only have to pay 1,000 credits this time.

It's a little like having a core inventory, but instead of equiping cores, you are basically retraining them.
