I think that there should be a link on a player's character page which brings the viewer up to an image of the player's current stats and skill tree. I also think that having their faction information in another separate page which can be accessed from the character page would also be really neat. This would make it easier when discussing balance on the forums for people to see your build, as well as just in general gain build ideas an inspiration from other users without necessarily having to see them online.

TERRIBLE idea.
im sorry penguin, the last thing we need is making build copying even easier.
i do not want people copying my builds while i dont even know the person or im not online.
its nothing personal, but if you cant make your own builds, then maybe you shouldn't be playing ED.

however i would support the faction page.

I agree with goldslayer I don't think that the devs would do something like this because putting these into the char database just makes it more complex and take more time away from the important stuff theyre focusing on.The omega phase has already turning into a build copying sequence obviously.

How would this help?
I discover an OP build and every one just goes to my page and opies it.
I made it and don't get any credit for it.

The only additional info that I would like to see on the Character Page is the player's current Faction. Perhaps a small icon showing the Faction's flag as well.

Another addition I'd like to suggest is the player's Rank.

I oppose the ability to see player's stats and skills.

I agree on faction and rank being included, maybe alltime LB ranks, too.

Build copying is obviously apparent, but I find no negative effects coming from it (none for me, at least). Would anyone care telling me why it's unwanted?

A button to toggle whether or not you want to hide your build/stats and other information would be pretty neat, I guess.
