I think assault bot's cleanse should get a buff. Most of the time i find it's not worth using a turn to use the bots special.

then bots like azrael's borg would get a buff too(this is a bad idea, especially when used with the azrael AUX skill core.), plus not all bots work for everyone, so it should stay as it is and you just have to find another bot to work with your build.

Mercenaries say hello. Only because you have better substitution, i.e. skills, then that doesn't mean everyone do. With HA, Mercs don't have much to defend themselves with so the Bot comes in really handy, especially in 2v2 when you get Smoke + Malf combo, so debuffing both at once is sweet.

What were you thinking? It's now at 85%, so making it any more might just take off the debuff completely, or up to the point it's so little that it doesn't matter. Plus the person putting on the Buff uses up EP

yeah bots like azrael borg have lost their value. 65% is kind of bad.
its even worse on assault bot since ur doing no damage to the enemy while wasting a turn to take away a nerf.

and the fact that there are cores with the same effects (azrael aux) as the borg's special, makes using this robot all the less valuable.

While I can agree with you on that last part that core is usable once while with the bot you can use it more then once. Plus at least with the assault bot they didn't make an armor core that does the same thing as the assault bot like they did with the promo aux for the azreal's borg.

I'd say to buff it to 75% instead of keeping it at 65%. 65% is simply too small and 85% was obviously too strong when assault bot first came out.

@Trans: Even when using non-focus builds, assault bot is still useless on merc in most cases unless when double-debuffed with Omega Override or in 2v2. The yeti is a better bot in my opinion on nearly all merc builds that aren't focus when compared to assault bot.

Yeti is a seasonal rare + not everyone can afford it. Take that into account. Power comes at a price that not everyone can afford.

What's up with you pointing out things that others have already? I already said I only meant the skills. Besides, how does it make sense that Assault Bot can cancel Omega Override and Curse? And how Azrael can cancel Growth Serum? Or Armored Roots? Does it work on that too?? Why can Armor Roots override the effect of Azrael's Will? And Azrael's Will doesn't activate the effects of Ballistic Bunny Bot? Why does it work with Bio Borg or does it not? There is a complete inconsistency with core effects here and the staff needs to do something.

The problem is that the debuff works like heal, it decreases your rage, that makes it useless expecially if used many times, however this bot is meant to be used from non focus users also and it will resoult op if the debuff was buffed, so i suggest to just buff the robot damage of a few points.

You simply don't gain Rage points. Since when did it ever decrease them? And yes, the damage on the Assault Bot is pathetically low.

Azreal's borg at first did work on the bio borg. However due to this happening the bio borg wasn't at all useful due to it being countered by owners of the azreal's borg so the staff when they did the old bot balance (back when the infernal android first came out) they made it so the azreal's borg couldn't counter the bio borg so the bio borg could be useful for those who own it.

Also I mentioned that because we have a poison bot and having the assault bot being able to counter poison would make the hazard useless in two vs two in certain situations and in 1 vs 1 unfairly countered by the assault bot after one turn.

As for how the assault bot can counter those because those are debuffs. and the same can be said for the azreal's borg since those are buffs.

usually, once is all the time u have to kill ur enemy given the current builds.

thats kinda giving them ideas x.x

but anyway
i think assault bot special should do 95% or 100%

u might think its crazy or OP, but ur wasting a turn using this special. as there is no damage being done to anyone.
and most builds with a high nerf usually tend to be the ones that kill quick.

and azrael borg i think should go to 85% since ur attacking while the special is used.

Well if they make an armor with the cleanse ability you can blamemother1 for it [:-]

However why do you think these two bots got nerfed in the first place? They were overly useful. I remember hating the assault bot coming up because it made my debuffs while fighting jugs worthless. And as for the azreal's borg people want it and the aux nerfed because it destroy's their buffs. Heck another user who I know who lovers counters wanted the bot and aux nerfed so those without it can't get through certain buffs.

I suggested this a while ago but AZREALS BROG is a way more power ful than assult bot. No daught.
I mean attack (means you deal damage) SHULD ALLWAYS BE WEAKER than defensive move which DOESN'T DO damage.
This is a paradox. I mean look at any other skill working. e.g. on 51 support malf does 19 tech but on 51 dex it gives you 22 tech... since you don't do damage.
Buff assult bot yes. Buff azreals brog NO. It is fine since it does damage, gives you rage, is unblockable and even gives HP BACK in some cases!

Summary:
Assult bot buff:YES
Azreals Brog buff:NO

You either buff both or do nothing. They are the same Bots but work differently - debuffing yourself and debuffing the enemy.

and now they are useless.

my suggestion would be to buff assault bot special
either to a very high % or to have it completely wipe the nerf.

and as for azrael borg theres 2 options
1) Buff its special
or
2) Buff its damage

or u can have a combo of both.

but the specials for each of these, their %s should not be the same.

one of them is an attack, the other isn't.

i wouldnt put it passed 80%... i think the bots are fine as they are.. generally after debuffing, i still have 30+ resistance of defense so i cant complain.

hmm lets see, azrael's borg: a promotional bot that's rare, assault bot: a bot that's ingame, not rare or in a promo pack
so it makes sense for the azrael's borg to do damage when applying the debuff. to your buff.
