So I was thinking

maybe you can send CREDITS only to your friends who are in need of some. Not varium not weapons just credits. I don't think this can be abused. There would be a limit on the number you can send that limit is 50k credits.

This is just a feature that the mailbox could make possible. I don't think this would be a big deal with hackers or anything like that either. So maybe this could be implemented? Devs think about it ok ;D

Support,Unsupported?

Thanks Bye.

CounterNUKEmissile Out.

TRizZzCENTRINO -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 5:49:42)

nope, not supported if it was 50k, 10k credits max

goldslayer1 -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 5:54:12)

some people wont support because of hacker/scammer issues

cool preston -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 6:05:51)

trizzy i was thinking 50k cause what if they wanted to give their friend a class change?

it could happen unlikely but it could. but 10k would work just as well.

How can it possibly be hacking/scamming issues??? honestly it's only your friends...and there is no hacking in epicduel mostly you hear about idiots who give away their passwords.

odsey -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 9:00:31)

There may be some scammer that promise you something when you give them credits. Seems like devaluing value of Varium because you could gain credits easier.

Not supported.

Stabilis -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 9:29:02)

Just like my 1-time upgrade suggestion, this can rig PVP for anyone levelling up (1 to 34) as players can be credit boosted while others without gifters to give them credits will not.

The exact same thing that you can do with heromart.

That's not possible. First of all, there's no in game economy. Second of all, it's not generating any more credits than are already in the game. Third of all, somebody still has to gain these credits, and most people arent gonna give you a ton of credits for free.

Real money trading isn't really an issue since you can buy everything in the game with real money already.

Stabilis -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 10:15:58)

^

True, you can pay someone in Heromart, though we do have a difference in paying someone with earnable, retrievable credits- and paying someone with irretrievable (inside EpicDuel) varium. Provided the gifter had a means of paying with real money and was OK with that, that is a reasonable response.

odsey -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 10:26:36)

@Xendran But doesn't that seems like a indirect way of trading? This would also make scam more possible by telling that they will give something in exchange of credits. If the maximum credit that could be given is 5000 I support. But if it is 50.000 I guess I couldn't support.

1. Just like heromart
2. Just like heromart
3. Rationale?

odsey -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 22:17:34)

What do you mean like heromart? If you're referring to the poster yes, but it requires you to buy something. And I would only support if the max credit to be given is 5000/10000.

cool preston -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 23:28:27)

what if I set the requirement to the person has to be within 5 levels of your current level to be eligible for a credit gift. Also who would add a scammer?????

This is for freinds list only. if someone contacts you via mailbox...well don't be dumb

odsey -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 23:34:18)

Still Scammer might say: Add me and I will give you varium/etc. Then the scammer will ask you to give X amount of credit. If the credit is not limited /day I think this is one of the easiest way to gain credits.

cool preston -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 23:40:25)

ok heres another restriction. Maximum amount of credits you can give TOTAL to any one person is 25k. you can give a maximum of 5k credits per day if you wish.

King Helios -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 23:42:30)

Don't you start with 1k credits?

- make new account
- make character
- add main to friend list
- donate 1k credits
- repeat with other characters
- repeat with other accounts

INFINITE CREDITS!!1!1!1

Dual Thrusters -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 23:45:59)

@King

O.o

Yes that would be a problem!

cool preston -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/17/2013 23:56:39)

helios i said before you have to be within 5 levels to give credits.

King Helios -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/18/2013 0:00:57)

Ok, then you have a level 5 getting like 45k credits an hour.

odsey -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/18/2013 0:07:18)

@King I think he meant 5 level within the range, but still lol.

cool preston -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/18/2013 0:18:46)

that is what I meant.. i tried to explain it that way oh well...

Mother1 -> RE: MailBox Possible Features (5/18/2013 0:41:54)

@goldslayer1

Some players won't support? Try the Epic duel staff not supporting this due to that. Why do you think we don't have trading of items? For that exact reason due to scammers getting a hold of an account and sending the credits to theirs. Especially since buying items for a non varium will cost them an arm and a leg now due to the super high prices.
