I thought of this passive that could replace the current shadow arts and make it no longer luck based here is my idea

Shadow arts Ignores a percentage of all enemy attacks
Stat required support 42 at Max
Improves with none
Weapon required none

Level 1 1%
Level 2 2%
Level 3 3%
Level 4 4%
Level 5 5%
Level 6 6%
Level 7 7%
Level 8 8%
Level 9 9%
Level 10 10%

So for example say I have max shadow arts and my opponent does an attack that would normally do 50 damage. With this max shadow arts it will only do 45 damage due to 10% being ignored. So what are your thoughts on this new passive idea?

seems good, but maybe boost the % a little? 5 from 50 seems a little low for what they have now...but supported anyway

No longer going to be a passive anymore if you read the current design notes so shadow as it is r this suggestion would get you killed most likely losing a turn to use it. So yeah.

I made this before the design notes were posted so I didn't know. However thanks for telling me this.

The design notes have been altered so if Shadow arts is not passive anymore I will request this to be locked.

Shadow arts as an active wouldnt make much sense.

believe it or not, this would def make them OP
right now, they just have a percent CHANCE to increase, but this acts as a shield. a shield that is more effective against stronger attacks than weaker ones. i cannot support this, although i do admit, that the skill itself could use a tweak.
sadly i have no suggestions in place.

As a CH myself I actually agree with this but they are going to remove passives in the near future. D:

This kind of skill is definitely NOT for Bounty Hunters or Cyber Hunters. Bounty Hunters have enough passives, Blood Lust being the most important in any Bounty Hunter build. Cyber Hunters to not need damage reduction. The fact that they have a passive armor is enough. These 2 skills combined would be very imbalanced.

To be honest I really like the idea, as long as it replaces the evasion boost buff.

Even if it does increase defense sorta speak, it also increases rage, does it not? You're doing less damage per attack so wouldn't that constitute as more rage?

Is that new suggestion defensive passive?
I mean if enemy doing 100 damage that removes max lvl 10% damage. Removes 10 damage this time.
What you think that grenade stun % Old version can rising stun change few %. Maybe this need that too.
I support this idea. This take away some lucky this game.

Only broplem is future update what happens then is under dark clouds.

i support this too... this shadow arts make them op ... now the days they r more bloking stuning .. wtf .. i am bm.. and please do somthing For BM too.. NOw BM class is became crap class ..we want to brezkar skill in bm please .. Thank u

^ sure it makes them OP [:D], take retour and the shields from other classes and put shadow arts instead , then you will start complaining about how bad it is , the problem that you don't see the whole picture.
bh already has smoke and ppl usually tend to add the blocking core to the armor in order to increase their block up to 49% yet without shadow arts it will go down to 39% this won't make them unable to block but only reduces the chance of something they should be doing, but a fact that any substitution to it would make the class OP like think of the physcial armor instead and tell me your opinion ?
10% block and stun or 10 defence ? (reply to this)
the fact that bloodlust is the best and worse thing about the classes that has it , where shadow arts will be the least of all the passives compared so taking it away won't be a nerf but a buff.
anyway since it will be changed to active skill discussing in here is useless.

I realized this immediately after Omega started to downplay the power of strength that BM has become a low tier class. Talk about a fall from grace nobody wants to be BM anymore.

Actually the 10% does make a big difference as again with the 6% reflection rate core I reflect attacks on occasion even despite being debuffed to literally 0 technology. If you think about it, if you do 10 damage it reduces that by 1, then 2 for 20, then 3 for 30, and so on, is it really that much of a difference? I'd still say the block is more effective. I also think that adding this would make people rage more and would be in a sense a weaker version of the armors Tact/Cyber/Merc has.

Unless you have really high dexterity, its really annoying to get smoked, and if you even think about trying to strike after, its near 100% chance to get blocked ( at least for me ) and we're not talking about when they cheap shot you with Azreal Gun to make you strike on your rage.

False. I actually switched to BM a week or two ago. Today, I made a tank build, and have been 17-3. I only fought 2 non-35's in that time. ^^
