- If one of your skills is lv8, then all your other skills are capped to lv8.
- If one of your skills is lv9, then all your other skills are capped to lv7.
- If one of your skills is lv10, then all your other skills are capped to lv6.
EXAMPLE:
If you want to set max Smoke (lv10) then you cannot set any other skill above level 6.
This would prevent highly abusive builds - such as low level max plasma max overload tech mage, or max hybrid max bunker mercenary - but it would also prove useful at high levels.
