No. Static Smasher + Reroute > Assimilation + Reroute. You'd be overpowering them, by far. Also Bunker cannot go in place of Stun since every class needs a stun skill. You can have a similar skill in place of Double Strike though. And make it improve with Strength maybe (but not to the point where it'd be abuseable). And give it some good effect to make it tactical (effects are cool xD).

Atom Smasher and Static smash should switch %'s. And maybe make atom smasher cost no energy.
Field commander should give more str then blood commander. to a noticeable degree.

TactMercs stun should be replaced tho(with another stun ofc)
I'm thinking the energy grenade, because Dex is so unneeded with mineral armor + its requirement of Dex(so redundant)
One might try to argue it would make SS Tactmercs too strong, but it's a low dmg move and a SS Tactmercs already has all its points in other places.

OR to keep it the same change mineral armors requirements to Tech already.

Mercenaries and Blood Mages have Intimidate (lowering str)
Cyber Hunters and Tech Mages have Malfunction (lowering tech)
Bounty Hunters have Smoke screen (lowering dex) so its obviously that TLM should have Smoke screen as it was before

No Vextur. Each class can have 2 of those: passive Armor, passive HP or EP regen, a debuff.

Each class has two of those:
Merc: HA + Intimidate
TLM: MA + Reroute
BH: BL + Smoke
CH: PA + Malf
TM: Reroute + Malf
BM: BL + Intimidate

Your comparison is flawed there. The combo of three (debuff, Armor and passive EP/HP regen) was too strong and was said to never be repeated again after they gave Smoke to TLMs during the initial release.
Since all classes have EP drain, why doesn't BM have it? Urm.. perhaps variety and the fact it doesn't need one? If all classes have the same skills, what's the point of changing? Some classes will have unique skills or be simply different to each other. You want Smoke? Take out Reroute. Why Reroute? Because Mercs have passive Armors so it fits MA to stay. Likewise will happen once passives are turned into active skills.

TLM should get some kind of debuff move. Maybe instead of field commander they can put malf or intimidate. Smoke is too strong
