all the other ultimates are 32 energy min-59 energy max. Why not massacre? Change it to 32 energy min - 59 energy max.

Common sense they have to be balanced don't they?

Actually massacre has always been the skill with the best dmg output
(Y it needed a nerf), but in massacre's defense 1 EP isn't a deal breaker.
So i'm indifferent on the outcome.

damage out put or not. it doesnt take rage doesnt ignore anything...So why can't all the ultimates be the same EP wise.

Dmg out put > ignore def + Rage drain. Damage kills, utility can only lead to a kill.
More dmg = more rage and massacre gives so much of that dmg that 90% of people rage right after it.
