I think the challenge range must be changed from (+5,-5) to (+4,-4).

It may bring diffculties in searching battles but it should be changed.

If a lvl 30 and lvl 35 battle,definetly lvl 35 wins.(no balance)

Actually, it is possible to win against Lvl 35 players even as Lvl 30. You can be Lvl 31 and still win. Of course they have an advantage but you may be likely to start first - unless they are a Support build - which gives you an advantage here. And as you've said, difficulties in searching battles. There's not enough players at higher level. Do you know why there is 35 vs. 30 happening? Because there's not enough players to give you a closer match up.

Being a lvl 35 has more advantage than starting first

You don't have to be satisfied with my reason when I state facts. You aren't supposed to stand an equal chance as Lvl 30 when facing Lvl 35 but starting first does give you an edge. If Lvl 30 could defeat Lvl 35 easily, then the balance is as good as useless.

30 vs. 35 matches occur because there are not enough players. What difference does Lvl 31 player make when facing Lvl 35? The same disadvantage at cost of longer match ups. Yay, a band-aid that doesn't really fix anything. If you want a solution, look for efficient one. Unless there are more players at higher level, these matches will occur due to lack of players nearer to their level.
