After reading in Ed GD for a while, I noticed a interesting idea. These are covered to three parts:

1. Tech Mages: Fixing thing.

Tech mage/blood mage could have a job where they have to fix things that are tech like. Tech Mage could also enhance a certain technology.

Blood Mage would be the opposite of tech Mage: They could be used to destroy things that the Tech Mage has done. They could be used in battles.

Bounty Hunter: Bounty Hunting

Bounty Hunter/ Cyber Hunter would be asked to Hunt somebody, be it npc or Normal players. The different of Bounty Hunting with the normal mission chain is that the Player must search for the players by dueling instead of battling. In some cases, play must defeat the target but not kill it.

Cyber Hunter would instead destroy the technology of a enemy such as Aux, Sidearm and robots. The effect won't be permanent. In some cases, CH would only destroy a technology but not the person it self. Cyber Hunter could also support Bounty Hunter by Destroying the Technology, in some cases killing the person.

Mercenary: Mercenary would act as a support to the other classes. Mercenaries could work for both Exile and Legion with a contract. Mercenary could also kill the target like bounty Hunter, but the target cannot be high priority target, only normal target.

Tactical mercenary: Tactical mercenary would assign the contracts for the mercenary. They would also manage resources for the battlefield, giving out command to mercenary and also giving strategies.

Reward: You would get a reasonable amount of credits for doing a work and also a tiered achievement.

If you have achieved the maximum Tier for the achievement, you would be asked to do jobs from The exile Leader: Exile Leader/ Oz or The Legion leader: Baelius(I dont know how to spell him sorry) and Alydriah which would add harder and more challenging class mission.

for one I think you need to rethink those jobs...

Tech mages being more a mental power than a physical power would be someone who could program computers, destroy viruses, medical work... etc etc.

Blood mages there a beserker a mage that's been consumed by the blood lust and wants nothing more than to bash your head in with there staff. This would make them great fighters so they would be used as "shock troops" rush in do high amounts of damage very fast.

Bounty Hunters.. well that one you got right they hunt bounties which could be npcs/ players but making them by dueling is a bad idea cause the person they're hunting could just refuse them making it impossible to finish.

Cyber Hunters They're bounty hunters but have much much much higher tech stuff than the regular ones so they would be doing the exact same thing as a bounty hunter

Mercenaries these are grunts.. the jar heads of the epicduel world they go in shoot, kill, get killed as cannon fodder etc etc they are just your typical infantry.

Tact mercenaries would be more in line of an military "officer" giving commands etc etc ( hence 'tactical' ) they have the brains to maintain the strategic advantage but the brawn to carry the fighting out etc etc.

so pretty much if anything, all of the classes minus the tech mages would be given jobs to kill people... mercs and tact mercs would kill regulars ( other mercs etc etc ) hunters would be given orders to take out high priority targets ( higher ups of command would have to be played by npcs ) and Blood mages would do the exact same as mercenaries. Tech mages would obviously be
in more of a support roll ( there missions could be fighting npc "viruses" inside a digital world etc etc which simulates them taking the virus out of commission ) so yeah.. the only ones that would actually have missions relating to actual players are mercs, tact mercs, and blood mages the others would probably be forced into fighting npcs for missions.

Mercenary it's like a cannon folder the tipical sword user, the tipical warrior that just rage in battle

If we would incorporate classed like in the battle field...mages would be the ranged type of damage..bounty and cyber hunters would be the assasins sent to kill an opponent or dodging the shells fired by the oponent...Mercenaries would be the tipical warriors...Paladins if you want, raging in battle giving order getting courage and stuff from the commander while simple mercenaries would get an urge for blood ( blood to be spilled for the blood that was lost I.E. Blood commander) Tactical mercenaries would get an urge to rethink advise strategy or tanking for the team (the "Field Commander" if you want)

You could incorporate ed in a chess style . 2 sides legion and exile .King and queen (Baelius and maybe Alydriah) (Oz and Callisa if she wouldn't died) the pawns would be us the players. The turrets could be the 2vs1 bosses but we don't have 2 of each side..well you got the point

To be honest, Mondez started the whole thing, I think it's an idea that should have come a long time ago.

@ReinVi I like some of your ideas even though I won't change CH because if Cyber Hunter job is the same as CH, why would they be called CH?

@Necromantess I will add the Legion/ Exile style and some of your ideas. Thanks!

@Hjinks So it is Mondez who start it first? I guess I will add both Mondez and you at the credit section.

a cyber hunter is called a cyber hunter because they are more skilled in electronics and technology all of there gear is extremely high tech ( look at there preffered weapons energy weapons which means weapons that are far above the regular steel blades that regular bounty hunters use ) all a cyber hunter is is a very high tech bounty hunter.

I believe that there should be no particular thing one class can do
that the others could not, if everyone like's on of these systems a lot more
then the others then what is stopping them all from just being more bias towards
said classes? :/

solution, this idea could be shared among all classes to improve the economy.


I'm sorry if this is like stealing your thread, I'm unfamiliar with the
unwritten rules of said act.

Every class would have equal difficulty of the job and the reward is the same, the only difference is the job it self.

And the bounty system that you and Mondez created is also good Btw.

And what someone might find hard someone else might find easy,
the difficult would go from person to person from personal preference.

Every class will have equal difficulties and the only thing that is different is the job of the class.
