Against Queen Raychael, the lvl 150 version of Radiant Aegis only reduces by 25.73%.

Update: due to complaints, the Cerberus Ward now has a pop-up that tells you what element it's aligned to when you equip it. 10 page lock. New thread coming up. ~Carandor
