Certain cores won't ever get unlocked because that defeats the purpose of the item being unique. Should've thought before buying it. Grab a different Armor and put the Generator Core there or deal with it. It won't get unlocked only because you find it useless and some players would potentially get hacked and lose the core thanks to you. :I

100% who have it should've waited until the details about the core is out before they purchase it. The promo comes with an unique core, not a mere Armor skin.
