In my opinion the most balanced classes right my are
Merc and bloodmage I've tried them both and find them very fun
And versatile and yet you are still able to get a good ratio
If you have a decent build.

A Balenced class IMO is something that has many fun
Builds that can be very good if you use it properly

So what is you opinion on the most balanced classes at the time
And what I your opinion on what a balanced class should be

I think I would agree with you there.
BM and Merc are both quite balanced right now
Here's my opinion on the current weakest - strongest of the classes:
CH - TLM - BM - Merc - TM - BH
I felt Merc was a tad stronger than BM, but not by much
CH in last simply because of the lack of effective energy regain, and one passive being relatively useless
BH best because... Well... You know...

Classes with ALOT of variety.
-Mercenary
-Bounty Hunter

Somewhat has variety
-Tactical Merc
-Blood Mage
-Tech Mage

Low variety:
-Cyber Hunter


I've tried out a few of the classes. Really, the base classes are very fun to play as right now, personally my favorite is Tech Mage with it's many working builds. Cyber is the worst because there is only 1 working build that does not get obsolete. When I make a good build for Cyber, it has a 70% win ratio, then the next day I can't even win a single match.

ATM TLM has a lot of variety, but nothing that good... on par with cyber at the bottom of the barrel :(
