Increase the percentage for static for CH.
If Mages can gain more energy and also mercs, why not CH?

My way to increase the percentages:
Level 1: 32% Dmg to Energy
Level 2: 34% Dmg to Energy
Level 3: 36% Dmg to Energy
Level 4: 38% Dmg to Energy
Level 5: 40% Dmg to Energy
Level 6: 42% Dmg to Energy
Level 7: 44% Dmg to Energy
Level 8: 45% Dmg to Energy
Level 9: 46% Dmg to Energy
Level 10: 47% Dmg to Energy

Say if you did 40 damage:
4= 10%
2=5%
0.4= 1%

Level 1= 13 energy
Level 2= 14 energy
Level 3= 14 energy
Level 4= 15 energy
Level 5= 16 energy
Level 6= 17 energy
Level 7= 18 energy
Level 8= 18 energy
Level 9= 18 energy
Level 10= 19 energy

No. Then nerfing SC in the first place was pointless since old SC was making CHs OP. Mercs don't have offensive debuff unlike CHs and both have passive Armor. Look at the difference in skills though - Mercs are an offensive powerhouse whilst CHs are more of a tank so they can last longer due to the skills. Mages are supposed to have a lot of Energy hence Reroute. You have PA instead of passive EP regen so it averages out. Assimilation is to provide on-demand Energy but also drain Energy; compare the drain to that of Lvl 1 EMP with moderate Tech. Likewise with Static Smash; it acts as an EP-draining skill.

You cannot really compare the classes as easily. What CHs need is more variety, not a buff to SC which will make it a must skill to have in each class - exactly the reason why passives are getting changed. SC's power is good enough as it is after the latest buff, it's not meant to provide you a lot of Energy.
