A *pinch* option to un-stun team members.

I can't imagine this option being used very often, but would definite add a new dynamic.

Say it's my turn, and I have no energy left, low on health and my team member is stunned. I can pinch so he/she doesn't lose a turn and possibly turn the battle in our favor.

Then... why do I need a Stun skill that is weaker than a pure damage skill (i.e. Bolt vs. Overload) if my Stun will be rendered useless? I assume it'd waste your turn to un-stun the opponent but it's still a bit unfair since you could stun the good player whilst the crap player just "un-stuns" and there's no loss. If you mean without the turn loss, then no.

trans: you do still have the option of stunning the NEXT player, so they inevitably lose their turn, however, i do not see a point to this core or ability.

What if I want to Stun the other one for strategical purposes rather than the next one who may be the weak one? The point remains.

then your RISK (not guaranteed) having them unstunned and wasting their turn. keep in mind, your partner may also be stupid and wake him up too, so that possibility still remains.

If pinching them costs a turn, then it's generally still a loss for the team experiencing a stun.

It's like trading turns.

Rather than doing some fighting, the teammate could just pinch the stunned person, effectively making his turn pass. So rather than having stunned x, y would waste his turn instead.

Necromantres -> RE: Stunned Team Members (6/9/2013 15:11:46)

there is a core suggested that you can give your turn in order for the opponent to be able to react imediately...it isn't being released due to engine limitation so i figure this is the same

Pinching would use a turn, and provide no other buff or benefit nor would they be able to act immediately.
