@Santonik what I mean by str build will rise is because the change of the blocks since block is per hit, not per attack. And even though this won't be changed so drastically, luck will have more role in battle since every hit has possible chance to hit. I know(maybe) block is a bit too good but doing this would only make another trouble.

Game engine doesn't support unless there is a complete overhaul End of Story.

Well by suggesting this pls look at the way berserker scale or double strike. they scale on percentage of dmg. This percentage rises the overall dmg. you have to take berserker like one whole strike. One strike that is split into three.
If it was to be like the way u say, this would happen.
Say i have ninja reflex and shadow arts with basic 4 percent block chance.
14+4+4=22
Normal strike 22 percent to block
Berserker have 22*3=66 66 percent for any hit to get block
If it was the last hit that get blocked that would be ridiculous diffrence compared to if it was the first or second hit.
