I think items trading doesn't exist because it's not good for Epic Duel financially.

Imagine this. I'm a Level 35 with just an average battle record, but lots of awesome weapons, armors, robots etc. in my inventory. I decide to start over with a new Level 1 character with hopes of keeping an awesome battle record. Without a trading system, I now have to buy tons of Varium if I want my new character to have awesome new weapons and stuff.

If there was a trading system, I can simply give my Level 1 character all my 35's equipment. So without spending a cent, I can have one of the best Level 1 characters in the game.

I'm pretty sure Epic Duel figured this out a long time ago.

Here is a list of reasons why it may not be in the game.

On this list what does this fall under?

It would be game breaking as you said especially with this system since all items are now the same except for core and a lower level with this your old stuff would have an edge over newbie players.

I can also say it would be bad for business due to security issues with scammers and actual hackers who steal accounts from people. A trading system would cause problems with some and an unhappy player is an unhappy customer.

Next as it was said in the past if a trading system came into play any item that was rare could be gotten easily and rare items would lose all their meaning since any tom dick and harry could get them from another player.

Believe what you want to. Discuss or don't discuss, I don't care. I just felt like putting my opinion up.

Personally I think it's the only reason trading isn't part of the game.

And I'm completely fine with it. The company has to make a profit or it wouldn't exist.

why not trading of equil or around equal value.

Sword is worth 50k i can trade it for 40-60k. putting up these limits will make it more realistic

Previously expensive or exclusive weapons can now be exchanged for spare change. Unwanted gear turns into hand-me-downs that are cheaper than when the original price was established. This negates the varium advantage.

I was thinking there could be a trading cost to both players.

But you can only trade rare items with other rare items of the same category.

For example,

you can only trade Ultra-Rares with other ultra-rares

you can only trade Seasonal Rares with other Seasonal rares.

and so on.. Maybe 20,000 credit for each player?

Locking up as this is a suggestion and also falls under the FSI meaning that it has already been considered and doesn't need another thread.
