Going to lock this up since it is on the frequently suggested ideas list, however, a quick answer will be given none-the-less.
Basically, this is something we really want to do, but it also takes a very lot of work to do. It is a super long project both for writing, preparing and then implementing which makes it something that cannot be done overly quickly. I can tell you that behind the scenes there has been a bit work done on trying to prepare such a system, however there is still a lot of work and time needed for this, especially with it being done around releases.
For now the EpicDuel Wiki is a good place to look if you are struggling with anything since it will explain everything you need to know about features etc!
