Annnnnnnnnnd Eukara and Kelle's post was awesome. That was as enjoyable to read as any published book I've ever read... Good lawd.

The deep backstory of some of these characters legitimately amazes me. I can't wait to see the rest.

Close. She wasn't exactly pretending. It was more of a job that she took to keep herself going while she waited for the Championships to start.

But otherwise, yes. I wasn't expecting anybody to call her out by name - typically (or at least, from the ones I have read), contestants are total strangers to each other. To have this level of previous interaction is pretty interesting and novel, including Kell and Euk with their dual intro post.

I actually really like the direction this is going. I think I'll make some sneaky plans.

@Starstruck I see, I guess this is shaping up to be a pretty unique EC? I haven't really taken the time to read the previous ones yet, only part of the previous EC finals.

Thoguh., to be fair, since Roawn is following Zephyr towards one of the structures, was it? Would he even see Matthew running off? And it's not as if he's directly followed Snjór either.

He wasn't following, he was simply watching Zehpyr from his place at the fountain. and im not saying he'd be involved immediately, but if he believes that Matthew's fighting is...unsporting to a woman, he'd step in and draw his assault to himself.

That's true, but again, IF AND ONLY IF Rowan notices will he intervene. This was more of a "What If" situation that I was describing. xD
