ReinVI -> Redesigning of the cores luck and otherwise~ (7/2/2013 1:21:31)

Ok first off I feel cores have gotten a little out of hand... BUT! they aren't a terrible idea just badly implemented ( imo ) Lets start with Luck cores~ these cores break the game in my honest opinion Ninja reflexes +4% to the base chance of you blocking Deflection Shield +6% to deflecting an opponents attacks Gun/aux/primary masteries +4% to crit rates all Of these cores need at least in my opinion a way to make them more fair at the moment this increases base chances so even classes that totally neglect a stat can still have ok chances at proc-ing these effects. What I propose is both a buff and a nerf to these cores. Buff the %'s like say ninja reflexes becomes +10% Deflection +15% masteries +10% BUT these %'s don't add on pure %'s to the base they edit the current %'s like say you have a 30% chance to block and you have the ninja reflexes core this would increase that 30% by 10% and make your chance 33% this is in my opinion a fair change to these cores to lessen the effects of luck while also making them not totally useless. Same goes for deflections 30% +10% = 33% etc etc And now for the cream of the crop! the attack cores Namely these cores that in my opinion were the worst core idea EVER the unblockables these unblockable cores have been a Chunk of metal clogging the gears of balance since the original chairmans fury core. These attacks do +10% at the least in damage ( accept pride but it has the added effect of stealing rage which is just as good ) while being completely impossible to deflect, dodge, or in other ways reduce except by just having insane amounts of defense. Even then they can be used on rage to punch right through defense. And with the introduction of more and more of them you can have builds that use 2 unblockables/ undeflectable attacks that can be rage used for even more protection penetration. My ideas for these cores are to either make them unable to be used on rage or to make them blockable/ deflectable but make it harder for them to be blocked/ deflected. These are the main cores that there seem to be problems with and my opinion on the best way to fix these cores.
