So guys I am a level 34 duelist in ED and ive noticed that it is quite hard to win vs. 35's but easy to win vs. 33 and under (to a minimum of 31). Do you think its possible for a level 31/32/33/34 to win fairly against a 35 at this current time?

given the difference is 5 stats and 1 skill point as well as slightly lower damage? yeah I believe it's quite easy I've been beaten quite a few times by lower levels ( usually using spam / no brain ) builds but still a lower level can still beat a lvl 35 in the current balance state.

Why not? A difference of less than 10 stats is at worst a 3 DMG/DEF/RES disadvantage. If you have a good strategy and can make good calls, there's no reason why you can't win a level 35. Even better if you have a tiny bit of luck.

You misunderstand. The difference between level 34 and level 35 isn't power (stats, skills, items, etc.). It's experience. Some level 35s have easily played over 10 times the number of battles level 34 players have played. Some even more. There is of course a point at which experience gives you diminishing returns, but in my opinion, that point is attained sometime after one reaches level 35. Discounting, of course, all those players who have continued battling after hitting the previous level caps.

Hmmm without going too much off topic. Is it possible with the underdog classes atm? (BM/M/CH)

^Yes, experience is also another factor which might put you at a disadvantage. Some level 35's can calculate and know exactly how much damage they can, will and should do. However, I still believe that you can overcome this will a carefully thought-out plan.

Yes. Personally I always let my guard down whenever I see a lower levelled player, resulting an a much closer (though slightly faster) win than is optimal. A level 31 strength merc once gave me a stinging reminder that I should treat all opponents seriously.
