There are several sites that will allow you to upload pictures. If you want a free and easy to use service which doesn't require any registration, I recommend Tinypic
There are some other great websites that you can use which do require registration, but then you can access all of your previous uploads. I use Photobucket
In any site, you will have an emphasized upload button. After you'll follow the instruction, you will have a number of links to your image. The one you will usually look for is the "Direct Link" - Usually it will end with the file type of the image you uploaded (.PNG, .GIF, .JPG). Then, you just need to copy the direct link, and paste it in the Image URL box.
