I think tact merc should have a skill like smoke screen, malf, or intimidate because all of the other classes have one which in my opinion i dont think its fair for tact merc to not have one of those skills.

Classes can have 2 of these: passive Armor, passive EP or HP regen, debuff. Each class has 2 of those, not 3. BMs don't have an EP draining skill yet all the classes do, but that doesn't mean they need one - perhaps balance reasons or just for sake of variety.

They won't get one for the above reason. Smoke was taken away because it was making TLMs overpowered. It was that or Reroute.

they were op when they had smoke because of everyone had high smoke and also a ton of strength
it doesnt have to have smoke screen it could be a different skill.

They've had a debuff, that's all. This was making them overpowered. Giving them Intimidate is still a debuff but a defensive one and they don't need even more defence. They cannot have any form of debuff.

but there offense play isnt really that good. maybe they should replace some other skills they rely on surgical strike and bot. thats all they basically have that will do them some good offense damage.

New Multis and Ultimates will be given to evolved classes, this was already promised by the Devs. Last year. Wait for the passive to active change which should make things more interesting.

I would just say replace stun grenade and give it back maul for a better offensive option, or try other skills that give damage boosts such as moves similar to bludgeon. Maybe field commander should just get a severe buff so that it can reflect the damage boosts and benefits granted from a debuff.

Maul would boost up Strength builds and provide variety. Whilst there'd be no skills boosted by Dex, it'd be still needed due to great deal of blockable skills + MA's requirement. Alternatively, you could buff up Blood Shield in some way (shorter duration but bigger buff at the same HP cost as it is now OR lower HP cost and keep the Res as it is now).

Hmm, maybe make blood shield invunerable to azrael's mark and hear attack, as well as increasing its base resistance boosted slightly.
