EFFECT

    DESCRIPTION
    This mace has been imbued with the might of Thunder Mountain and all the past rulers of that sacred peak. It is slightly inaccurate, but has a powerful special attack that can paralyse your foe, sometimes for two turns!

    Special starts out with 1213% Base, 1213% Rand, and 793% Stats plus 44 BTH. With 2 equally powerful hits, each hit does 50% damage.

    The weapon's Mastercraft bonus is used to give the Special a chance to Paralyze the monster without any penalties.
