I was just replying to your statement about the bot's normal attack.

The special is debatable. I think it's a good trade-off to be deflectable, for it costs no energy. With high tech, it usually never deflects.

I know; I was partially pointing out that it is, in fact, weak as optimal or even bots in general go.

"High" technology is relative. Besides, deflection is always a possibility, and a greater one the higher your opponent's technology is; this is often almost unrelated to how high the user's own technology is because of the formula.
Most classes have to go for the now weak five focus rather than technology abuse, and that in itself prevents pouring points into tech. That aside, stat points are spread everywhere appropriately to be competitive.

just make it increase its specials power at 15% again. this way, it will have the same power, but quicker.
