Dual Thrusters -> No overkills -.- (7/12/2013 13:20:48)

Okay, atm if you have 1 health, and let's say a merc uses surgical strike on you for 60 damage, they gain 20 health even though you only have 1 left!

Let's make it so if your health was lower than the attack of a health regen move, the health regen move gives back less health. So now if a merc does a 60 surgical strike on a player with 1 health, they only get 1 health!

Exploding Penguin -> RE: No overkills -.- (7/12/2013 13:30:53)

Not really supported except for on blood lust/blood commander, because people can rage on 1 HP foes and still gain massive amounts of health, whereas the rage is otherwise "wasted" when used by other classes.

Surgical strike and supercharge aren't really overpowered compared to plasma bolt and bunker, mainly because they don't deal much more damage but cost a heck of a lot more energy, so I don't see why they should be nerfed in this way. It also hasn't been explained how a satellite laser or an energy charge drains health, so there may even be no logical connection between the health the opponent has left and the health the user recovers. Also, if this were to be implemented, wouldn't it also be appropriate for someone to have 1 HP left, and any hit they take displays they took 1 damage? Same with EP removers; if I had 32 EP left and someone used EMP to remove 40, should it say -32 EP or -40 EP? These questions aren't challenges to your suggestion or anything, but I'm just asking them because honestly I like to see the raw numbers, not the numbers based off of what your opponent has left.

Mother1 -> RE: No overkills -.- (7/12/2013 13:44:21)

Not supported in the least for reasons exploding penguin explained.

The N6400 Medicate Lazar ,or more commonly known as the " Surgical Strike", was developed as a means to aid our

Mercenaries on the battle field, specially suited on satellite's with the purpose of bringing death to the enemies, while bringing life to our precious

Mercenaries. The N6400's payload, designed with organic targeting technology and improved nano technology, has been introduced to specifically ignore the DNA of registered Mercenary. As for A

Mercenary's armor, they come compact with a titanium/magnesium hybrid alloy specifically designed to outlast the N6400's deadly payload. While the armor can outlast the beam, the body is still at

risk if it's DNA is not registered, but when the body is registered the nano technology fused in the beam is designed to use what energy is can absorb from the beam and use it as quickly as possible

targeting all wounds in an attempt to turn back the clock on as many wounds as possible. Sadly even after years of upgrades the nano technology only last a short burst before completely running

out of energy.

@bloodpact: Just out of curiosity, where did you get that information from?

The Incredible Hulk -> RE: No overkills -.- (7/12/2013 21:40:00)

Nice anecdote Bloodpact. Loved what you said!

Dual Thrusters -> RE: No overkills -.- (7/12/2013 22:19:22)

@Bloodpact

Also got a crazy reason why it costs the merc energy to fire the satellite even though it is solar powered? :P

ND Mallet -> RE: No overkills -.- (7/12/2013 22:40:32)

Then it becomes less powerful in 2vs2 because you'll have to use it on the other target and allow the almost dead player a chance to get healed in order to get more health back and to not waste the attack

Dual Thrusters -> RE: No overkills -.- (7/12/2013 23:02:46)

I figured it should at least give back health with ultimate skills because they cost a lot of energy to use.

This should apply to something like Blood Commander.
