ValkyrieKnight -> Energy Storm Increase by Support? (7/13/2013 11:38:29)

Real talk, if anyone has seen me on my TechM you'd know I use energy storm on her to try to maximize energy drain but I can't find a build that works for it other than super tank and even then frost shard is still better to use. This needs a desperate buff. I'm not being biased here not a single player ( maybe a few ) use this core, if not make it cheaper. This has got to be the most underpowered core in the game.

I was thinking for every 5 Support it adds 1% onto Energy storm. What do you guys think? When used on multiple targets the % is reduced by 10%.

If this can't be done increase it to 50% of normal strike damage because its such a terrible terrible core.

Actually there are worse cores in the game that aren't used and they were paid for with real money. Armored roots and the support buff cores I see used even less in the game then energy storm.

However for a buff on this core I can support improving the amount it does with normal strike damage, but not by 50%

Not Support, please. That'd only overpower some builds that can take an advantage of Support way too much. Since EP is scaled by level, you could make it increase every few levels by 1%. I think it's +1 EP / 5 levels so you could increase it by 1% every 5 levels too. It'd be balanced at all levels and not biased towards any class or build.

I wouldn't mind it increasing with support, along with maybe some other skills or cores already increasing with strength. The strength stat simply has too much priority right now in terms of actives.
