We should be able to switch cores to toher wepons, since this is jsut a dress up game. I love my azreals cores but i hate the look of the wepons and color. I wana put the cores on my Alpha Blaster or something

Devs have said already that some cores will be permanently locked to make the items unique, so do not even hope for using Azrael's Will on your Dage's Boomstick (example). It will not happen.

frost bite and frost shardds has same effect .. and ice shards is better for rage because its unblockable making frost bite lame we should get 110% wepon dmg for frost bite any one agree?

Rares cannot be buffed, that's already a policy. You can make Shards deal 85% damage, just like other in-game cores with effects, which could make FrostBite stronger, albeit indirectly.

well since thorns does 115% dmg instead of 110% like meteors i think 85% frost shards is the way to do it :)
