I can only list out the good F2P characters. Some of these good F2P characters are Gold Lycan, Frost Lycan, Mana Guardian, Earth Elemental, Volt Engineer, Aqueous, Void Cowboy, Void Cowgirl, Flesh Void.

I also recommend Monk. Although it's evo is not free, it's non evo is free and powerful. I remember me and Blackshock used it to make people have really long fights because we were not gonna win... ahhh, good times. Good, trolling times.[sm=zorb_smilie.gif]

Neutral: Thrak
Fire: Mana Guardian
Ice: Kruger
Energy: Volt Engineer (you have hex void though so that would be fine)
Earth: Earth Elemental
Water: Water Elemental
Light: Gold Lycan
Shadow: Just stick with VK (Void Knight) Necrosis Dezgardo

2- Most defensive
Neutral: Monk
Fire: Infernal Fiend
Ice: Cosoma
Energy: Lightning Wolf
Earth: Earth Golem
Water: Water elemental Water Wing
Light: Archpriest of Ver
Shadow: Poison Drake

3- The best that are ofensive/defensive
Neutral: Monk
Fire: Mana Guardian
Ice: Cosoma
Energy: Volt Engineer
Earth: Earth Elemental
Water: Water Elemental
Light: Gold Lycan
Shadow: Poison Drake (I prefer Void Knight though)

(Note: This list doesn't include characters that costs Gold)

There isn't really a "fastest" one. If you look at what Axel459 made, I'd recommend one of the most offensive energy characters.
Energy characters with supercharge can end fights pretty quickly.

1) Most Offensive:
Neutral: Thrak
Fire: Mana Guardian
Ice: Frost Lycan
Earth: Earth Elemental
Water: Water Elemental
Energy: Volt Engineer
Light: Golden Lycan
Shadow: Flesh Void

2) Most Defensive
Shadow: Arch Lich
Water: Aqueous
Fire: Mana Guardian
Ice: Cosoma
Neutral: Monk
Light: Maiden Aegea/Archpriest of Ver
Earth: Earth Golem
Energy: Lightning Wolf

3) The best in offense and defence
Neutral: Monk
Fire: Mana Guardian
Light: Gold Lycan
Shadow: Void Cowboy/Void Cowgirl/Flesh Void
Ice: Frost Lycan
Earth: Earth Elemental/Earth Golem(Most preferably will be Earth Elemental)

There is no such thing as the best of the best. Every characters have their own weakness and strength. In elemental resistance, none of the characters will be the best since each will have weakness.

Max level is 20
Its depends on what element you fancy Monks pretty good. All chars can be made interesting with CC

1) It actually depend on your own opinion and view. ;) For me, I enjoy using any of the character that are both defensive and offensive. In this case, Orc Chieftain and Earth Elemental are one of them.

2) Its level 20. Every characters can level up to the max cap level, 20.

You can go and hunt for TC and win against TC and earn lots of gold at the Labyrinth Dungeon. I post the link so you will know where to find TC. Link. Also, fret not as the CC series won't be permanent rare.

As what Axel said, you will need luck to find TC but TC drop lots of gold so it will require patience. But be careful when you encounter and fight TC, it is not an easy opponent due to having mountain strike, stone strike, petrify and poison. So you will need a good character to win against it.

I personally think it's just easier to get gold while killing monsters in the lobby and lvling up

Treasure chest is the fastest way to get gold because you can get upto 1000 gold from killing him and thats without boosts

Another option is just to farm at Solace PvE since the monsters over there are easier. If you have SG, you can buy some permanent X-boosts to increase the rate of gold earn.

Any tips on avoiding/solving random screen freezes? I've tried the 5-second wait and it still doesn't work. It's extremely frustrating - particularly when it happens more than once against a rare character you've spent weeks hunting for.

According to what i observed, whenever i used 2 hit combo, there will be times the screen will freeze. So try to avoid using 2 hit combo unless you are lucky. Other than that, everything is normal.

Avoid using 2 hit combo, it cause the battle to freeze. At least that's what happen to me every time i used 2-hit combo except when i used 2 hit combo to kill the opponent. So try not to use 2 hit combo.
