Whatever happened to the "Balancing all classes before dread war"? Interesting releases, but balance is still a secondary priority. While balance is somewhat better, improvements can be made.

I had a suggestion for mercs:

Replace Adrenalin with :

Fear Factor :

Reduces Rage gained by opponent on every turn by x%.

They changed their minds and decided to do it after the war.

Also Adrenaline is just fine. It is one of those skills that works well with support builds as well as players who are looking to play mind games with their opponents. Just because a skill takes a bit of brains to use doesn't mean it is worthless.

Anyway arent passive skills would be turned into active skills? So you should just wait or suggest a new active skill to replace adrenaline

I would say @Mother1 is correct. Although if tiny passive skills like Adrenaline concern you, then get a decent build (this says 'nuff to others' applies too). Mercenaries are most knew for their support build skill-set e.g. Intimidate, Hybrid Armor, Blood Commander, Artillery Strike, and Adrenaline.

The old blood shield from the Mercenary skill tree was removed because it was over-powering debuffs like malfunction and hence the support build topic, they'd get the first strike in battle. Besides, the only time when support builds ruled was at the start of Omega.
