It's really simple, they couldn't explain it any easier. :\| All the existing cores will have "Charge" version added which works like the Influence cores (i.e. 25 charges). Old cores remain unchanged.

I do love the idea, it makes me really excited to see it implemented. By the by, am I the only one who thought that the cores were way too expensive?
