certain skills should be limited like poison(not the robot) and ultimates so that certain classes with passive energy regain and strong energy steal cant spam moves.

What we don't need is cutting on the variety by putting in the restrictions. Omega is supposed to give you freedom which it does but playres choose not to take advantage of it but copy builds. We don't need to force them into even fewer amount of builds.
