Massacre is Fine, it might need a 4% Slight buff but mass is Fine it doesn't need a buff.

And they won't duplicate massacre from Cyber and Bounty because of the lifesteal which if you already know that Bounty Hunters have Blood Lust and even if this is after the war then everything would be unbalanced within Health.

Off Topic: Why not put all of your suggestions in one post?
On Topic: Instead of just listing ideas, giving them some support such as why a change is needed and why your suggested change would help that problem would provide an environment where we could better discuss balance. I read your posts and I'm left searching for details and ideas that aren't there.

Ideas are only structures to develop what is needed.
