My idea is that Stun Moves do great offensive damage if they don't stun, but if they do, they do significantly less damage.

So either way, it can still help you.

I have to ask would this apply to the stun gun and players using the aux with the stun core or just the moves? Cause I see dex builds using overload and Stun grenade getting high damage with this and stunning their opponents sometimes.

Well I'm all up for giving a slight boost to some stun moves like stun grenade, but I am worried this might over-power lowel level builds that abuse stun moves like the dex caster or dex BH

I mean, decent damage. Not like Plasma Bolt high.

And applies only to skills.

You mean if they do a stun, there is a decrease in damage. If they don't stun, they deal slightly higher or the same fixed damage shown on the skill?

overload and maul do good damage as it is, the bounty grenades do low-ish damage, those skills could use a boost.

Well maul would do higher damage at max so it would be worth investing in. But if you stun, it does very little damage.

Well like i see the tings, in order for a hit to stun you,the hit should be very strong...hiting 3 it's like you accidentaly scratch someone with your fingernails, how should that hit actualy stun.
Now about your idea it would be a nice idea, folowing the logic if something make you unconscious you don't feel the full pain of the hit, but it might unbalance things a bit like maul (defence ignored+dmg increase from your idea or in order to stun you invest skill points and you'll basicaly have higher skill points= higher chance to do smaller dmg, *)


*If we talk about a merc strengt build, different build may have a different outcome.
