Queen brutella -> Something that makes ED stand out? (8/4/2013 18:55:15)

Is there a specific reason to why ED gives a special uniqueness towards you? The way they[image][/image] laid out the game with different techniques? Alpha? Beta? Gamma? Omega? Cores? Staff in general and the way they act towards you (making you feel safe?) Different classes with the chance to explore funky new builds? Weapons? Npc's? Or the different wide range of duelists that you meet and interactive with ...your foes? Please comment on why ED makes you feel welcomed or keeps you in the vibe. I really would appreciate it, to know how the outer ED also feels which is like a chance for me to get to know you :-) Once again I would like to say thank you :D

You're saying there aren't other games where f2p == p2p? False, there are many. I'd say the thing that sets ED apart from many other games, is its complete lack of skill and strategy in its current state.

I really like this game mainly because YOU are in control of what skills and strategies your class will use. Everything is customizable!

Also, this game is very relaxing to play, being turn-based.

either way what makes the game stand out? well it's got great design ( art wise and what not ) a sort of unique setting ( cyber punk ftw! )
and in general the game itself 'is' fun at it's core.

the bad thing is the amount of players that as soon as they're blocked or they aren't the same level as you or a million other things positive
or negative in the battle they just flat out start insulting you or your team. From little ones to using various things to get around chat sensors.

For all the whatevers I dislike about the game, Artix games have a way of being enjoyable while you multitask via watching youtube videos :P

I'm definitely a fan of battles in general. I think we need to focus more on those. It's the people in epic duel from my experience that make this game enjoyable. It's extremely fun to try and get your friends into a 2v2 together.

Thanks man, I'm extremely privileged to be back here. You all have no idea how great this place is until its gone.

On topic: since most people play epic duel to talk to faction members and speak with friends, there should be more things you can do with your partner. 2v1 battles was a step forward. [:D]

sadly there's so much flexibility yet the player base still stick to the stiff as a pole flexibility of what's the op flavor of the week :/ it's very sad really.

Epic duel has the smallest staff out of all the AE games yet they are taking on an army that is outnumber them 100 to 1 every day.

having all those items can also label him the popular term "wallet warrior" where he has bought his advantage throughout the phases which means his 'skill' is not true skill but possibly
just the overwhelming overpowered-ness that came from being a varium buyer back before omega ( and to a lesser extent in omega ) :P

No trolling here but many players are suffering from superiority complex rather than having fun compared to the other games.

I must agree just because someone may have a vast collection of valuable items , does not make them actually "skilled". But this is all from my perspective.

When I first created an account I thought this was the coolest game ever because I've never played a game like this one before. Though now all I can say is I'm simply bored out of my mind. I think now is a good time to take a break from
this game since nothing is happening. No storyline development, no war progress, nothing. Nothing stands out for me anymore because everything has been the same since day 1. I thought we were promised tournaments? I was
very excited for these tournaments to come but that was a huge let down since ya know, there aren't any...

the GYT was hosted, and that was a tournament. Even if it was only for those who preordered the promo it was still a tournament. Also remember how long it took for the second big war to come after frostland war? It took some time for that war to come, plus they are in the middle of the third legion vs exile war while it is a let down (since we aren't doing anything special like the first two) is still a war.

Yeah I'm aware of the GYT tournament but I thought we were promised tournament(s). It's been months since they've mentioned another tournament.
I understand war events take a lot of time and preparation but they are going at an agonizingly slow pace for me. I'm done playing for now until something major happens.

I might be stupid but this GYT wasnt a tournament.

Correct me if im wrong but my definition of tournament is way different than fighting 1v1 knowing you can fight the weak lvl 35 and under.
