Super Charge is useless for 2 reasons:
1. Costs too much energy and will end up just wasting your skill points because everyone has frost shards, energy shot, or an energy remover.
2. Doesn't stack with blood lust so it loses lots of its nice effect of dealing massive damage while stealing life

bloodmage isnt up dude. it is fine. better than merc and tactical. try a str build(with high dex) or try a focus build(without plasma cannon, but with level 4 blugeon, intimidate mid level, deadly aim max, max bloodlust, 4 reflex boost, 2 energy shield)
If it wasn't for azrael's annihilator then BM's would easily be the top class right now. Given the right build they can crush the weak defenses of TMs, they can rage through mineral armor with bludgeon, they can win almost any endgame where no one has energy left, and BM has a lot of other advantages.
