I dont know why but i preffer tankier characters, Earth,Ice, and Light are my preference. Minotaur with the new earth CC can just get so bulky that its nearly impossible to deal with. I hear alot of people trashing the defensive elements but i love em, opinions?

I agree. Just shielding over and over again can outlast most forms of damage.

Yea, and with lights regen capabilities, most enemies can't sustain the damage output needed to kill.[:D]

I love defense, water and light are my favorite elements after all. However, I can't stand Ice and to a lesser extent defensive shadow characters. When the only possibly viable strategy is to spam-use 2-3 cards and discard everything else because those 2-3 cards are so good, there's something wrong with the element.

Not a fan of Ice, not sure why its really just not too different from earth, but it just rubs me the wrong way. Im loving the (Arch)Priest of Ver, it has a small deck, deals a good amount of damage, but heals 1000 health every 3 draws which is nice. He's got some great surviving characteristics. 3 shields and a 400 heal, and a 600 heal (penance).

While certain defensive characters are fun to play as(Lich is my favorite shadow character), generally I prefer offensive characters because I find their battles more exciting and fun than defensive ones.I'm still waiting to get a good Ice character so I can finally decide on how much I like Ice

Weirdest thing. Char seems to always be online according to my friends list. Is it possible she's actually playing OS that much?

@Bjeble: I personally prefer a well rounded character that can pull both defensive and offensive off at the same time, only for PvP duels though. Shields just get in my way during PvE and all they're usually good for is discard fodder for cards like Incinerate and Empower.

EDIT: Quick question, which is a better place to find Poison Drake, Rocky Pass or Bottomless Pit? Because I've only gotten encounters at Rocky Pass so I don't know if the spawn rate was only raised there or something.

I usually prefer outlasting opponents rather than burst damaging them, but that really depends on the situation.

But I really wish Fire can get at least one decent defensive char.

found tc :D.
whaaaat tc is very strong he overkilled me with those poisons and stun and mountain strikes

I REALLY hate this random gold thing why cant it be fixed to your exp??? like if you get 320exp every battle you will get 320 gold every battle also. Jeez getting 20 gold at lvl 17 hurts so much

lvl 17 monk though

guys shall i buy fire cards series again i got all attacks and shield but no spell >.< but still 4000 gold to go before i can buy it but shall i try my luck for the last time ?
