Dex-based malf sounds like a pretty good idea for Cybers. True, Bounty Hunters will be able to weaken it with smoke and vice-versa, but the amount of technology taken away will curve faster because it improves with a defensive stat. And, I'm smelling an indirect buff to mutli.
