Does that always happen when you send a PM, or was it just one time? And did the PM actually send (if you know)?

I've gotten odd error messages like that at random occasions, and they are usually due to timeout issues. If it just happened to you once, it's probably something similar.

^ It happened to me multiple times in 2 weeks, but not anymore since today. :)
Note: The PMs did send, they received my PMs even when I got that error message.

I suggest you to clean up your E-Mailbox, Inbox and Outbox, maybe you have too many messages in your Inbox and Outbox, you should remove/delete as many messages as possible. I'm not sure if it can help to solve your issue.

I don't get that error message anymore after I have cleaned up my E-Mailbox, Inbox and Outbox.
Otherwise, I've no clue. [;)]

It has happened to me on the odd occasion when I've sent a PM but the recipient still received it as I received a read notice for the PMs.

Rest assured, your PMs are being delivered as BlackAces stated. We've had this before, and after a time, it isn't a pop-up message anymore. Cleaning things out is always a possibility, though in my case, I had plenty of room in my boxes and still got it a week ago. As Seahawk said,time outs could be an issue. Either way, nothing seems to be missing or redirected or not delivered.
